VelocityEHS is accepting Co-op/Intern student applicants available to work 40 hours per week between the months of September – December for approximately 14-16 weeks.

As a Customer Support Intern, you would be a key contributor to ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate has an interest in environmental, social, health issues and/or manufacturing, supply chain, international business or business/technical writing. We’re looking for candidates who
communicate and collaborate with teammates effectively.
Past projects have included: Adding chapters to video content in our Help Center. Re-organizing and tagging content for SEO to improve search functionality. Both were cross-team projects that included collaboration with our Product and Support teams.
In this role, you would work closely with our Customer Support leadership team, including our AVP, a Director of Support, and a Manager of Operations. This is a great opportunity to understand what it takes to deliver global support to name-brand customers, drive efficiency improvements, and collaborate across a number of teams that affect the customer experience
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Environmental Science, Business or other related fields
- Proficient with word-processing software, Microsoft Office products a plus
- Organized, thorough, attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work as part of a team or individual contributor
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in software is a plus (especially Software as a Service “SaaS”)
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety, and/or Sustainability industry
