This is a full-time remote opportunity and is open to candidates that reside anywhere in the United States or Canada.
At VelocityEHS we are very customer-focused. As an Onboarding Manger, you will own the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle by onboarding Velocity EHS’s new clients. Your goal is to help customers efficiently realize the value of their new software, maximize engagement, and ensure the ultimate customer experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Velocity EHS’s newest clients, owning the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle.
- Project manager a portfolio of customer onboardings to successful outcomes, accelerating Time to Value.
- Deliver add-on Services (e.g. Document Upload)
- Manage setup of multiple software products/modules.
- Actively lead customer-facing communications (live, virtual, written)
- Effectively deliver engaging enablement training and workshops on a variety of product offerings.
- Drive early adoption.
- Help build processes, internal enablement, and servicing tactics.
- Communicate requests for system enhancements or modifications to the Product team.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in software industry and/or Environmental, Health and Safety industry.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding
- Experience maintaining a high level of activity, managing multiple ongoing projects, and working effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong decision-making and organizational
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Experience working independently, but can also be an effective team member
- Pro-active learner and open to constructive feedback
- Effectively manage customer expectations
- Active listening skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Speaks Spanish
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight
- Proficient in 6 Critical Skills Training
